Born from engineering, not marketing
ZTrack was born from a real engineering need. When we designed our pre-cooling units and ripening rooms, we needed precise control over the reefer controllers: adjusting temperature, ethylene, CO2 and humidity set points in real time during critical processes like fruit ripening or rapid post-harvest cooling. No platform on the market offered that level of control, so we built it ourselves.
Developed in direct collaboration with Thermo King and Starcool communication protocols, ZTrack started as an internal engineering tool to run our own equipment. We then extended it to manage our entire fleet: hundreds of units in more than 12 countries.
Today ZTrack is much more than monitoring. It uses predictive analytics to anticipate failures, schedule preventive maintenance and avoid costly damage before it happens. A complete control platform, born from real-world operations.
