What is a Super Freezer?
A Super Freezer is an ultra-low temperature freezer unit that reaches -94°F (-70°C), built for applications where a conventional freezer (-4°F to -40°F) isn't enough. It uses dual cascade technology with two Copeland compressors in series: the first circuit (R-134a) pre-cools, and the second (R-23) takes it down to the ultra-low range. At -94°F, microbial and enzymatic activity is effectively halted, preserving color, texture and potency. It installs with no construction and deploys fast.
