How much space does ZSTORE XL give me?

Each module adds 320 ft² and about 20 pallet positions: a 2XL is 640 ft², a 6XL is 1,920 ft². There is no upper limit: our largest installation is a 21,500 ft² cold distribution center.

What temperatures can it hold?

Anywhere from -40°F to +104°F (-40°C to +40°C). It can run as a freezer, a cooler or a processing area, and can be set up with independent temperature zones.

How long does it take to get running?

Delivered in under 60 days and installed in 2–5 days, turnkey and with no construction, versus months of construction for a traditional facility.

What happens if a refrigeration unit fails?

Every module runs Thermo King MP5000 refrigeration with automatic backup. If one unit fails, the adjacent units compensate, and ZTrack alerts you in real time.

Can I expand or downsize later?

Yes. Start with 2 modules and add or remove modules as your season changes: you only pay for the capacity you use.

Can I rent, or only buy?

Available as a monthly rental, a seasonal rental or a purchase. We'll recommend the option that best fits your operation.

Can ZSTORE XL be installed indoors?

Yes. ZSTORE XL works outdoors or inside an existing building, at floor level or at truck height, for example to turn a dry warehouse into freezer space.
