What we do
We build cold rooms and process equipment inside containers and modules, so they arrive ready to plug in, with no construction: refrigerated containers and modular ZSTORE XL cold rooms, pre-cooling tunnels and blast chillers, blast freezers and portable IQF freezers, ripening, degreening and controlled atmosphere rooms, and complete modular facilities.
Every unit is designed and built in-house, and every unit ships with ZTrack, our monitoring system for temperature, alerts and history.

How we work
Rent or buy: rentals start at 30 days, seasonal contracts run 3–12 months, and every model is also for sale. Many customers start with a rental and buy the unit later.
Because there is no construction, a cold room can be running in days instead of months, indoors, outdoors or connected to an existing dock, and it moves with the operation.
Where we work
Our units run from California to New York: produce markets and distributors, berry and avocado growers, frozen food and ice cream distributors, meal delivery and airline catering, seafood, manufacturers and research labs.
