Information we collect

Information you give us: when you request a quote or contact us we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, location (country, city or ZIP code) and the details of your project (products, sizes, rent or buy, timing, power available on site, message).

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page, used to operate, secure and improve the website.

How we use your information

To answer your request and prepare your quote; to communicate with you about your project; to operate, protect and improve the website; and to comply with legal obligations.

Marketing emails: we send commercial communications only if you agreed to receive them when submitting a form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to info@zgroup-usa.com.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and handle requests, under confidentiality obligations: website hosting, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection) and the analytics services described below.

To suggest cities or match a ZIP code while you type, the text you enter in those fields is sent to public geocoding services (Photon by komoot, based on OpenStreetMap, and Zippopotam.us). No other personal information is sent to them.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use a cookie to remember your language choice and the browser's session storage to keep a quote form you have not finished.

Attribution cookie: a first-party cookie named zg_attr (kept for 90 days, with a copy in the browser's local storage) records how you first and most recently reached the site — the referring website, campaign parameters (utm_*) and ad click identifiers. It is attached to a quote or contact request so we know which channel it came from; it contains no name, email or phone number.

Analytics and advertising measurement

To understand how the website is used and improve it, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC), Google Ads conversion measurement (to know which ads lead to a request), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp., heatmaps and session replay; form fields are masked so what you type is not recorded) and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (cookie-free, aggregated). These services may set their own cookies and receive your IP address, device and browser data and the pages you visit. We do not send them your name, email or phone number.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the website or requesting a quote.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and our commercial relationship, and as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it; no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, write to info@zgroup-usa.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

The website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
